SHANNON IDDINGS ERNY, DDS
Dr. Shannon Iddings Erny has been a practicing general dentist in the Baltimore metropolitan area since 2002. She attended James Madison University and received her undergraduate degree in 1994. After graduating in 2000 from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School she completed a two year hospital residency at the the Baltimore VA Medical Center, the second year as chief resident. There she refined her general dental skills and also gained a great deal of experience treating medically compromised veterans. Dr. Erny became proficient in all aspects of dental practice and developed a personal interest in adhesion dentistry.
Dr. Erny spends her time away from work with her family and a wide range of pets! She has spent the last 20 years providing excellent dental care to the communities around Baltimore, MD and York County PA, while also raising two daughters. She enjoys yoga, time in the garden, and plays the piano. A big Baltimore Ravens fan, she loves to banter with her Steelers fan patients! Dr. Erny believes strongly in treating patients and her staff as she would want to be treated, providing great quality dental care in a gentle, stress free environment.
DAVID RADEN, DDS
Dr. David Raden is a dedicated general dentist committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After completing his dental degree, he pursued advanced training through a residency at the VA, where he treated a wide range of complex cases and developed a strong foundation in restorative and surgical dentistry.
Now practicing in Shrewsbury, Dr. Raden takes pride in building trust with his patients and creating a comfortable, down-to-earth experience at every visit. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hanging out with friends, and finding time to hit the basketball court whenever he can.
BROOKE MANEY, RDH
Hi, I’m Brooke and a dental hygienist at Highland Dental. I graduated from University of Maryland in 2020. When I’m not at work I am busy at home with my husband and our four kids. I love spending time with family, friends and working out!
KYLIE JACOBY
Hi!! My name is Kylie, and I work at the front desk here at Highland Dental Center. I have been with the office for a little over a year now, and I love it! I’m blessed to work with such great people in this amazing office! I am also a Tattoo Artist, and work at a shop in Manchester! In my free time you can find me tubing down a river, going out with friends, or snuggling my cat, Ashy!

Hi! I’m Tiffany, I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with 6 years of experience in the role. I have been in the dental field for a total of 9 years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Stephen, and our silver lab, Gus.

Hi, I’m Rachel, I am a Registered Dental Hygienist! I graduated from Penn College in 2006. I am married to my awesome husband, Justin, and have 3 boys! I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, and reading a good book!
ANNELIESE LUCIER
Hi! My name is Anneliese, I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I was born in Baltimore, grew up in Whitehall, and graduated from Hereford High school! I moved to PA during college and have enjoyed living here ever since! I enjoy traveling with my family. We are often snowboarding and snowmobiling in the Winter, and riding jet skis in the Summer!

Hey! My name is Shawna. I am married and have 4 kids, 3 daughters and 1 son. I also have a fur baby and his name is Finn, he’s the best boy. I have been a Dental Assistant for almost 10 years, and have been an EFDA, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, for 2 years now. I have worked at Highland Dental Center since the practice opened. Dr Erny and I have known each other and have worked together for a long time, it has been great! I love this office and our “office family”, it truly is an amazing practice to be a part of.
BRITTANY ECKERT
Hi! My name is Brittney and I have been in the dental field for 20 years! I received my EFDA license from YTI in 2014. I was also an adjunct instructor in YTI’s dental assisting program, it was awesome to pass on my knowledge to new passionate students! I was born and raised right here in York, PA! I am married and blessed with 3 kids; 2 daughters and 1 son. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, beach trips, and spending time with my family!
